Marcia Franks, CRB

Marcia Franks has held a real estate license for over 35 years. In 1990, she founded Franklin REALTORS, where she continues to serve as Principal Broker and owner. Throughout her distinguished career, Marcia has remained a deeply engaged member of the real estate community at local, state, and national levels.

She has been an active member of the Williamson County Association of REALTORS® (WCAR), serving on numerous committees and the Board of Directors. Marcia served as WCAR President in 2006 and was named REALTOR® of the Year in 2007. That same year, she also served as President of the Women's Council of REALTORS® of Williamson County and was named their REALTOR of the Year in 2008. Marcia was honored as WCAR's first inductee into the National Association of REALTORS® RPAC Hall of Fame. As a certified Williamson County Specialist, she provides unmatched insight into one of Tennessee's fastest growing areas.

Marcia was twice appointed to the Tennessee Real Estate Commission by Governor Bill Haslam where she served for 10 years and as Chairman. As state Commissioner Marcia was a member of the international association of real estate commissioners, Association of Real Estate License Law officials, ARELLO. Marcia rose through the ranks becoming it's President in 2020 and continues as Member Emeritus.
